No. NM. 4A-43/72—l4th June, 1972—In exercise of the authority given under Article 15 of the Bangladesh Abandoned Property (Control, Management and Disposal) Order, 1972 (President's Order No. 16 of 1972) the Ministry of Industries is pleased to release Salim Ice & Ice Cream Factory, Daftar Khana, Barisal, which was taken over by the Government under notification No. 1/L/B-71/92(50), dated the 16th February, 1972 in favour of its owners—(l) Mr M.A. Kashem, (2) Mrs Shahida Begum, (3) Mr Saidul Alum.

No. VII/For. 252/70/210—12th June 1972—In partial modification of the erstwhile Agriculture Department notification No. VII/For. l9/68/555, dated the l7th May 1968 and for better administration and management of Alinagar Range and Andharmanik Beat, the President is pleased to declare the revised boundaries at the Chittogong Forest Division and the Comilla Forest Division which will be as follows:—

BOUNDARIES

Comilla Division

North—Boundaries of Sylhet district and International boundary of Tripura State (India).

South—Boundaries of Noakhali Coastal Afforestation Division and Dacca Trunk Road and Feni River.

East—International boundaries or Tripura State (India) and District boundaries of Sylhet and Chittagong Districts.

West—Boundaries of Dacca District and Meghna River.

Chittagong Division

North—Fern River and District boundaries of Chittagong Hill Tracts.

South—Boundaries of Cox's Bazar Forest Division and Coastal Afforestation Division, Chittagong.

East—Boundary of Chittagong Hill Tracts.

West—Danna Trunk Road, Arakan Road, Eastern Boundary of Chittagong Coastal Afforestation Division.

NOTIFICATION

No. MFCS-1/1A-1(15)/72/597—20th June 1972—(1) Mr Nuruddin Ahmed Choudhuri, Additional Director, Procurement, Distribution and Rationing, is appointed, on ad hoc basis, to act as Director of Movement and Storage, until further orders.

(2) Mr Abdul Jalil Khan Choudhuri, Additional Director, Movement and Storage, is appointed, on ad hoc basis, to act as Director of Inspection, Control and Training, until further orders.
