Bc it declared and enacted, that to M obfcrved in • 1 < 1 1 inyingofftin whcre any person or persons hath or have any '^^^SJSUTI^' tin bill, or bills to be paid off at any smelting- viowiflf-houKs. house or blowing-house, such person or per- ' sons, or the servant or servants of such person or persons, as is or are employed by him or them to take out his or their white tin, shall have liberty to inspect the white tin scale book at the smelting-house or blowing-house on demand, and shall and may make choice of such blocks to be delivered in payment to him or them, as he or they shall find there unpaid off, taking following numbers, except a block, not to be found in such following numbers, shall be necessary to make a ba- lance of the parcel of tin to be paid off. And be it further declared and enacted, that the respective agents or book keepers at the ^several blowing-houses or smelting-houses, shall and are hereby required to produce their white tin scale books whenever they shall be demanded as aforesaid, in order to Ko Mocks ofiess havc running numbers delivered.
