before William Cory ton, Esq. Vice-Warden of the said stannaries by the direction of the Right Hon. Philip Earl of Pembroke and Montgon^ery, Lord-Warden of the Stanna- ries of Cornwall and Devon, by virtue of the King's Majesty's royal letters under the sig- net to him directed, bearing date the seven- teenth day of December in the eleventh year of His Majesty King Charles the First, holden at Lostwythiel the fifteenth of Au- gust, in the twelfth year of the reign of his said Majesty, and prorogued from the eigh- teenth unto the last of the said month of August, and continued until the third day of September, which said convocation consisted of the following stannators, viz.

Of the stannary of Blackmore:
