He had to pay 25 Mark 80 Pfennige to the information-bureau, and 72 Mark 40 Pfennige for the sending and returning of the parcels. The more volumes he received from any given library, the less he had to pay for each. Thus he had only to pay 14 Mark 40 Pfennige for the 92 volumes from the Royal Library at Berlin i.e., about 15 Pfennige for each volume, whereas the highest expenses were 2 Mark for one single pamphlet.
