Starting with the left foot take four steps backward, as in the Walking Boston, dipping backward on the fourth step—the right foot. See Illustration 19. Then take three steps forward, the fourth step being another backward dip. The dip is always backward.

The lady will understand, of course, that she starts with her right foot, goes forward and dips forward.

Balance twice and repeat both figures.
