You are authorized and directed to report this determination to the Con- gress and to arrange for its publication in the Federal Register. GEORGE W. App. 5(b) note), and a previous determination on September 10, 2004 (69 Fed. l\177eg. 55497), the exercise of certain authorities under the Trading with the Enemy Act is scheduled to terminate on September 14, 2005. I hereby determine that the continuation for i year of the exercise of those authorities with respect to the applicable countries is in the national inter- est of the United States.
