PUBLIC LAW 99-438—OCT. 2, 1986
Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That July 2 and 3, 1987, are designated as "United States-Canada Days of Peace and Friendship", and the President of the United States is authorized and requested to issue a proclamation calling upon the people of the United States to observe such days with appropriate ceremonies and activities. Approved October 2, 1986.
