There are authorized to be appropriated for any fiscal year beginning on or after October 1, 1986, not to exceed $20,000 to carry out the purposes of thds Act. SEC. 5. EFFECT ON OTHER LAW.
The medals provided for in this Act are national medals for the purpose of section 5111 of title 31, United States Code. Approved September 23, 1986.
