(2) any State plan submitted under section 307(a) of such Act, and approved for any fiscal year beginning before the date of the enactment of this Act. (c) EFFECTIVE DATE OF SECTION 506.—The amendments made by section 506 of this Act shall take effect upon the expiration of the 90day period beginning on the date of the enactment of this Act.
