Hereafter, the area within the present city limits of the city of Lincoln, Burleigh County, State of North Dakota, and the southeast quarter (SEVi) of section eighteen (18), township one hundred thirtyeight (138) north, range seventy-nine (79) west, Burleigh County, North Dakota, shall continue to be eligible for loans and payments administered by the Farmers Home Administration through the Rural Housing Insurance Fund. SELF-HELP HOUSING LAND DEVELOPMENT FUND

For direct loans pursuant to section 523(b)(l)(B) of the Housing Act of 1949, as amended (42 U.S.C. 1490c), $500,000 shall be available from funds in the Self-Help Housing Land Development Fund. AGRICULTURAL CREDIT INSURANCE FUND

For direct and guaranteed loans as authorized by 7 U.S.C. 19281929, to be available from funds in the Agricultural Credit Insurance Fund, as follows: farm ownership loans, $569,000,000, of which $474,000,000 shall be guaranteed loans; $14,000,000 for water development, use, and conservation loans, of which $3,000,000 shall be guaranteed loans; operating loans, $3,200,000,000, of which $2,300,000,000 shall be guaranteed loans; Indian tribe land acquisition loans as authorized by 25 U.S.C. 488, $2,000,000; for emergency insured and guaranteed loans, $600,000,000 to meet the needs resulting from natural dissisters; and for matching grants authorized by section 502(b) of the Agricultural Credit Act of 1987 (7 U.S.C. 5101-5106), $3,000,000. For an additional amount to reimburse the Agricultural Credit Insurance Fund for interest subsidies and losses sustained in prior years, but not previously reimbursed, in carrying out the provisions of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act, as amended (7 U.S.C. 1988(a)), $3,467,596,000. RURAL DEVELOPMENT INSURANCE FUND

For direct and guaranteed loans as authorized by 7 U.S.C. 1928 and 86 Stat. 661-664, to be available from funds in the Rural Development Insurance Fund, as follows: insured water and sewer facility loans, $330,380,000; guaranteed industrial development loans, $95,700,000; and insured community facility loans, $95,700,000.
