For expenses, not otherwise provided for, of independent activities of the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense, Developmental Test and Evaluation in the direction and supervision of developmental test and evaluation, including performance and joint developmental testing and evaluation; and administrative expenses in connection therewith; $149,900,000, to remain available for obligation until September 30, 1990. OPERATIONAL TEST AND EVALUATION, DEFENSE

For expenses, not otherwise provided for, necessary for the independent activities of the Director, Operational Test and Evaluation in the direction and supervision of operational test and evaluation, including initial operational test and evaluation which is conducted prior to, and in support of, production decisions; joint operational testing and evaluation; and administrative expenses in connection therewith; $71,234,000, to remain available for obligation until September 30, 1990. TITLE V REVOLVING AND MANAGEMENT FUNDS ARMY STOCK FUND

For the Army stock fund; $291,900,000, of which $20,000,000 is available only for paying administrative expenses associated with directing and performing studies, surveys, engineering analyses, requests for proposals, contracting and associated contract administration functions that have as their sole objective the increased use of coal by the United States Department of Defense facilities in the United States. NAVY STOCK FUND

For the Navy stock fund; $184,700,000. AIR FORCE STOCK FUND

For the Air Force stock fund; $186,900,000. DEFENSE STOCK FUND

For the Defense stock fund; $25,000,000. TITLE VI CHEMICAL AGENTS AND MUNITIONS DESTRUCTION, DEFENSE For expenses, not otherwise provided for, necessary for the destruction of the United States stockpile of lethal chemical agents and munitions in accordance with the provisions of section 1412 of the Department of Defense Authorization Act, 1986; $179,500,000, of which $117,300,000 shall remain available for obligation until September 30, 1989, $17,900,000 shall remain available for obligation until September 30, 1990, $44,300,000 shall remain available for obligation until September 30, 1991.
