referred to in subsection (a), there are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary. (d) COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT.—The Secretary of the Interior,

acting through the Director of the National Park Service, is authorized to enter into a cooperative agreement with the East Bay Regional Park District of Oakland, California, for the operation and maintenance by such District of trails on lands within the John Muir National Historic Site. 16 USC 79-1.

SEC. 6. YOSEMITE NATIONAL PARK.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no Federal lands may be used for the expansion of the capacity of any reservoir which is located within the boundaries of Yosemite National Park unless Congress enacts specific statutory authorization after the date of the enactment of this Act for such expansion.
