(a) SECTION 2304.—Section 2304(c)(2)(B), as added by section 201(4) of the Health Omnibus Programs Extension of 1988, is amended by striking the period and inserting a semicolon. (b) SECTION 2313.—Section 2313, as added by section 201(4) of the Health Omnibus Programs Extension of 1988, is amended— (1) in subsection (a), by striking "through the National Institutes of Allergy" and inserting "through the Director of the National Institute of Allergy"; and (2) in subsection (b)(2)(B)(iii), by striking "Institutes" and inserting "Institute".
