Notwithstanding any other provision of law or this Act, for an additional amount for "Acquisition, construction, and improvements", $100,000,000, to remain available until expended, of which $52,000,000 shall be available to accelerate phase IV of the ongoing program for the acquisition of 32 HH-60 medium range recovery helicopters, $31,000,000 shall be available for the cutter fleet renovation and modernization program, and $17,000,000 shall be available for the installation of an APS-125 or APS-138 radar system on an existing Coast Guard long range surveillance aircraft. For an additional amount for "Operations and maintenance. Air Interdiction Program", $7,000,000, to remain available until expended. EXECUTIVE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT OFFICE OF NATIONAL DRUG CONTROL POLICY SALARIES AND EXPENSES
For necessary expenses of the Office of National Drug Control Policy, $3,500,000. .
