section 3729, that person shall be dismissed from the civil action and shall not receive any share of the proceeds of the action. Such dismissal shall not prejudice the right of the United States to continue the action, represented by the Department of Justice.". (b) TECHNICAL AMENDMENTS.—Section 3730 of title 28, United States Code, is amended— 31 USC 3730. (1) in subsection (c)(4) by inserting "the" after "Government proceeds with"; and (2) in subsection (d)(4), as redesignated by subsection (a)(1) of this section, by striking out "actions" and inserting in lieu thereof "action".
