HOUSE WAYS AND MEANS COMMITTEE BICENTENNIAL HISTORY—HOUSE PRINT Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring), That a bicentennial history of the Committee on Ways and Means of the House of Representatives, commemorating the creation of that committee on July 24, 1789, shall be printed as a House document, with illustrations and suitable binding. The document shall be prepared under the supervision of the Committee on Ways and Means. SEC. 2. In addition to the usual number, 7,500 copies of the document, of which 1,500 copies shall be casebound, shall be printed for the use of the Committee on Ways and Means. Agreed to September 28, 1988.

That the booklet entitled "Our Flag", as revised under the direction of the Joint Committee on Printing, shall be printed as a House document. In addition to the usual number, 278,000 copies of the document shall be printed, of which 221,500 copies shall be for the use of the House of Representatives, 51,500 copies shall be for the use of the Senate, and 5,000 copies shall be for the use of the Joint Committee on Printing. Resolved by the Senate (the House of Representatives concurring), That in the enrollment of the joint resolution (S.J. Res. 317) commemorating the bicentennial of the French Revolution and the Declaration of the Rights of Man and of the Citizen, the Secretary of the Senate shall make the following correction: Strike out subsection (c) and insert in lieu thereof: "(c)(1) There shall be printed as a Senate document during the bicentennial year 1989 the Declaration of the Rights of Man and of the Citizen, and the Bill of Rights, with accompanying historical notes, including "(2) bound volumes suitable for presentation to the President of
