104 STAT. 1178 PUBLIC LAW 101-488—OCT. 31, 1990 Public Law 101-488 101st Congress An Act Oct. 31, 1990 To designate the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Charleston, rg 32161 South Carolina, as the "Ralph H. Johnson Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center". Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center located in Charleston, South Carolina, after the date of enactment of this Act shall be known and designated as the "Ralph H. Johnson Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center". Any reference to such medical center in any law, regulation, map, document, record, or other paper of the United States shall be considered to be a reference to the Ralph H.
