MARINE MAMMAL COMMISSION SALARIES AND EXPENSES For necessary expenses of the Marine Mammal Commission as authorized by title II of Public Law 92-522, as amended, $1,153,000. MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR. FEDERAL HOUDAY COMMISSION SALARIES AND EXPENSES For necessary expenses of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Federal Holiday Commission, as authorized by Public Law 98-399, as amended, $300,000.
