McKinney Homeless Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 11312(a)) is amended— (1) by striking paragraph (15); (2) by redesignating paragraphs (11), (12), (13), and (14) as paragraphs (12), (13), (14), and (15), respectively; and (3) by inserting after paragraph (10) the following new paragraph: "(11) The Secretary of Veterans Affairs, or the designee of the Secretary.". SEC. 102. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. Section 208 of the Stewart B. McKinney Homeless Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 11318) is amended to read as follows:
