HISTORIC PRESERVATION FUND For an additional amount to cover incremental costs arising from the consequences of Hurricane Andrew, $300,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That this amount is designated by Congress as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(D)(i) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985: Provided further, That all of these funds shall be available only to the extent an official budget request, for a specific dollar amount, that includes designation of the entire amount of the request as an emergency requirement as defined in the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, is transmitted by the President to the Congress. CONSTRUCTION For an additional amount for "Construction", $29,000,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That Congress hereby designates this amount as an emergency requirement for all purposes of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985. UNITED STATES GEOLOGICAL SURVEY SURVEYS, INVESTIGATIONS, AND RESEARCH For an additional amount for "Surveys, investigations, and research", $3,375,000, to remain available luitil September 30, 1993: Provided, That Congress hereby designates this amount as an emergency requirement for all purposes of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985: Provided further, That $1,800,000 of this amount shall be available only to the extent an official budget request, for a specific dollar amount, that includes designation of the entire amount of the request as an emergency requirement as defined in the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, is transmitted by the President to the Congress. MINERALS MANAGEMENT SERVICE LEASING AND ROYALTY MANAGEMENT For an additional amount to cover incremental costs arising from the consequences of Hurricane Andrew, $1,200,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That this amount is designated by Congress as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(D)(i) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985: Provided further, That all of these funds shall be available only to the extent an official budget request, for a specific dollar amount, that includes designation of the entire amount of the request as an emergency requirement as defined in the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, is transmitted by the President to the Congress.
