PUBLIC LAW 102-509—OCT. 24, 1992 106 STAT. 3317 (a) may be allotted visas under section 203(b)(2)(A) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1153(b)(2)(A)). (d) TERMINATION. —The authority of subsection (a) shall terminate 4 years after the date of enactment of this Act. Approved October 24, 1992.
