106 STAT. 4734 PUBLIC LAW 102-575—OCT. 30, 1992 the Secretary has made a finding of urigability of the lands to receive water as required by the Act of July 31, 1953 (43 U.S.C. 390a). Repayment for the units authorized under this subsection shall be made pursuant to the Act of July 1, 1932 (25 U.S.C. 386a). (b) SPECIFIC.—There is authorized to be appropriated, in addition to any other amounts authorized by this title, or any other law, to the Secretary of the Interior $4,660,000 for use by the Secretary of the Interior in carrying out irrigation projects for the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe. (c) DISCLAIMER.—This section shall not limit future irrigation development, in the event that such irrigation is subsequently authorized. SEC. 3508. TRANSFER OF LANDS. (a) FORMER TRIBAL LANDS. —<1) Except as provided in subsection (j), the Secretary of the Army shall transfer administrative jurisdiction over the lands described in paragraph (2) (including the improvements thereon) to the Secretary of the Interior to be administered as set out in subsection (d). (2) The lands referred to in paragraph (1) are those Federal lands which were acquired from the Three Affiliated Tribes by the United States for the Garrison Dam Project pursuant to the Act of October 29, 1949 and which are within the external boundary of the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation and located at or above contour elevation one thousand eight hundred and sixty feet mean sea level. (b) FOUR BEARS AREA.—A ll rights, title, and interest of the United States in the following described lands (including the improvements thereon) and underlying Federal minerals are hereby declared to be held in trust by the United States for the Three Affiliated Tribes as part of the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation: (1) approximately 142.2 acres, more or less, lying above contour elevation one thousand eight hundred and fifty-four feet mean sea level and located south of the southerly rightof-way line of North Dakota State Highway No. 23, in the following sections of Township 152 North, range 93 west of the 5th principal meridian, McKenzie County, North Dakota: Section 15: south half of the southwest quarter; Section 21: northeast quarter and northwest quarter of the southeast quarter; Section 22: north half of the northwest quarter; and (2) approximately 45.80 acres, more or less, situated in the east naif of the southwest quarter and the east half of the west half of the southwest quarter of section 15, Iying at or above contour elevation one thousand eight hundred and fifty-four mean sea level, located north of the northerly rightof-way line of North Dakota State Highway No. 23 and Southeasterly of the following described line: Commencing at a point on the west line of said section 15, said point l^ing 528.00 feet Northerly of the existing northerly right-of-way line of North Dakota State Highway No. 23; thence north 77 00' 00" east to the west line of said east half of the west half of the southwest quarter of section 15, and the point of beginning of such line; thence northeasterly to the northwest comer of the east half of the southwest quarter and the point of termination.
