[S. 664] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. TECHNICAL AMENDMENT OF THE CLAYTON ACT. Section 8(a)(5) of the Clayton Act (15 U.S.C. 19(a)(5)) is amended by striking "October 30" and inserting "January 31". Approved December 17, 1993.
