108 STAT. 1448 PUBLIC LAW 103-284—AUG. 1, 1994 Public Law 103-284 103d Congress An Act Aug. 1, 1994 To designate the plaza to be constructed on the Federal Triangle property in [S. 832] Washington, DC, as the "Woodrow Wilson Plaza". Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of 40 USC 1101 the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the ^°*®- plaza to be constructed on the Federal Triangle property in Washington, DC as part of the development of such site pursuant to the Federal Triangle Development Act (Public Law 100-113) shall be known and designated as the *Woodrow Wilson Plaza".
