The Commission shall terminate on the earlier of— (1) 120 days after the date of submission of the final report under section 10; and (2)2 years after the date of enactment of this Act. SEC. 12. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. 7 USC 2661 note. There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as are necessary to carry out this Act.
