Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Urtited h Old custom- States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Sgalsgti ‘;‘§ét§gnl’° Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized to sell at public auction, aiier iirst fixing a minimum price therefore, the old custom-house and site at Bath, Maine, when the new custom-house shall be completed and fit for Proceeds or occupation; and he is hereby authorized to use all or so much of the
