IMMEDIATE OFFICE OF THE DEPUTY SECRETARY For necessary expenses of the Immediate Office of the Deputy Secretary, $585,000, OFFICE OF THE GENERAL COUNSEL For necessary expenses of the Office of the General Counsel, $8,750,000. OFFICE OF THE ASSISTANT SECRETARY FOR POLICY For necessary expenses of the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Pohcy, $2,808,000. OFFICE OF THE ASSISTANT SECRETARY FOR AVIATION AND INTERNATIONAL AFFAIRS For necessary expenses of the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Aviation and International Affairs, $7,650,300: Provided, That notwithstanding any other provision of law, there may be credited to this appropriation up to $1,000,000 in funds received in user fees. OFFICE OF THE ASSISTANT SECRETARY FOR BUDGET AND PROGRAMS For necessary expenses of the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Budget and Programs, $6,349,000, including not to exceed $40,000 for allocation within the Department for official reception and representation expenses as the Secretary may determine.
