(f) STATE DEPARTMENT BASIC AUTHORITIES ACT OF 1956.— Section 23(a) of the State Department Basic Authorities Act of 1956 (22 U.S.C. 2695(a)) is amended by striking "the Agency for International Development, and the Arms Control and Disarmament Agency" and inserting "and the Agency for International Development". (g) FOREIGN RELATIONS AUTHORIZATION ACT OF 1972.—Section 502 of the Foreign Relations Authorization Act of 1972 (2 U.S.C. 194a) is amended by striking "the United States Arms Control and Disarmament Agency,". (h) TITLE 49. —Section 40118(d) of title 49, United States Code, is amended by striking ", or the Director of the Arms Control and Disarmament Agenc/'.
