(B) Section 2412 of title 28, United States Code. (C) Section 906 of title 44, United States Code. (D) Section 109 of the Ethics in Government Act of 1978 (5 U.S.C. App.). (2)(A) The heading of section 8440d of title 5, United States Code, is amended to read as follows:

Veterans Claims". (B) The item relating to such section in the table of sections at the beginning of chapter 84 of such title is amended to read as follows: "8440d. Judges of the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.". 38 USC 7251 (c) OTHER LEGAL REFERENCES. —Any reference in a law, regulanote. tion, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the United States Court of Veterans Appeals shall be deemed to be a reference to the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. 38 USC 7251 SEC. 513. EFFECTIVE DATE. This subtitle, and the amendments made by this subtitle, shall take effect on the first day of the first month beginning more than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act. TITLE VI—HOUSING SEC. 601. LOAN GUARANTEE FOR MULTIFAMILY TRANSITIONAL HOUSING FOR HOMELESS VETERANS. (a) IN GENERAL.— Chapter 37 is amended by adding at the end the following new subchapter: "SUBCHAPTER VI—LOAN GUARANTEE FOR MULTIFAMILY TRANSITIONAL HOUSING FOR HOMELESS VETERANS "§3771. Definitions "For purposes of this subchapter: "(1) The term Veteran' has the meaning given such term by paragraph (2) of section 101. "(2) The term 'homeless veteran' means a veteran who is a homeless individual. "(3) The term 'homeless individual' has the meaning given such term by section 103 of the Stewart B. McKinney Homeless Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 11302). "§ 3772. General authority "(a) The Secretary may guarantee the full or partial repayment of a loan that meets the requirements of this subchapter. "(b)(1) Not more than 15 loans may be guaranteed under subsection (a), of which not more than five such loans may be guaranteed during the 3-year period beginning on the date of the enactment of this subchapter.
