Public Law 106-69 106th Congress An Act Making appropriations for the Department of Transportation and related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2000, and for other purposes. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the following sums are appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the Department of Transportation and related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2000, and for other purposes, namely: TITLE I DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY IMMEDIATE OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY For necessary expenses of the Immediate Office of the Secretary, $1,867,000. IMMEDIATE OFFICE OF THE DEPUTY SECRETARY For necessary expenses of the Immediate Office of the Deputy Secretary, $600,000. OFFICE OF THE GENERAL COUNSEL For necessary expenses of the Office of the General Counsel, $9,000,000. OFFICE OF THE ASSISTANT SECRETARY FOR POLICY For necessary expenses of the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Policy, $2,824,000. OFFICE OF THE ASSISTANT SECRETARY FOR AVIATION AND INTERNATIONAL AFFAIRS For necessary expenses of the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Aviation and International Affairs, $7,650,000: Provided, That notwithstanding any other provision of law, there may be credited to this appropriation up to $1,250,000 in funds received in user fees.
