TRUST FUND SHARE OP EXPENSES (LIQUIDATION OF CONTRACT AUTHORIZATION) (HIGHWAY TRUST FUND) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, for payment of obligations incurred in carrying out 49 U.S.C. 5303 -5308, 5310- 5315, 5317(b), 5322, 5327 5334, 5505, and sections 3037 and 3038 of Public Law 105-178, $4,929,270,000, to remain available until expended, and to be derived from the Mass Transit Account of the Highway Trust Fund: Provided, That $2,478,400,000 shall be paid to the Federal Transit Administration's formula grants account: Provided further, That $86,000,000 shall be paid to the Federal Transit Administration's transit planning and research account: Provided further, That $48,000,000 shall be paid to the Federal Transit Administration's administrative expenses account: Provided further, That $4,800,000 shall be paid to the Federal Transit Administration's university transportation research account: Provided further. That $60,000,000 shall be paid to the Federal Transit Administration's job access and reverse commute grants program: Provided further. That $1,960,800,000 shall be paid to the Federal Transit Administration's capital investment grants account. CAPITAL INVESTMENT GRANTS (INCLUDING TRANSFER OF FUNDS) For necessary expenses to carry out 49 U.S.C. 5308, 5309, 5318, and 5327, $490,200,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That no more than $2,451,000,000 of budget authority shall be available for these purposes: Provided further.
