(6) Section 15(d)(2) of such Act (22 U.S.C. 2514(d)(2)) is amended by striking "section 9 of Public Law 60-328 (31 U.S.C. 673)" and inserting "section 1346 of title 31, United States Code". (7) Section 15(d)(6) of such Act (22 U.S.C. 2514(d)(6)) is amended by striking "without regard to section 3561 of the Revised Statutes (31 U.S.C. 543)". (8) Section 15(d)(ll) of such Act (22 U.S.C. 2514(d)(ll)), as amended by this section, is further amended by striking "Foreign Service Act of 1946, as amended (22 U.S.C. 801 et seq.)" and inserting "Foreign Service Act of 1980 (22 U.S.C. 3901 et seq.)".
