TITLE VI—GENERAL PROVISIONS—THIS ACT SEC. 6001. No part of any appropriation contained in this Act shall remain available for obligation beyond the current fiscal year unless expressly so provided herein. This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Emergency Wartime Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2003’’. Approved April 16, 2003.
