For expenses authorized by 28 U.S.C. 524(c)(1)(B), (F), and (G), $21,468,000, to be derived from the Department of Justice Assets Forfeiture Fund. INTERAGENCY LAW ENFORCEMENT INTERAGENCY CRIME AND DRUG ENFORCEMENT

For necessary expenses for the identification, investigation, and prosecution of individuals associated with the most significant drug trafficking and affiliated money laundering organizations not otherwise provided for, to include inter-governmental agreements with State and local law enforcement agencies engaged in the investigation and prosecution of individuals involved in organized crime drug trafficking, $489,440,000, of which $50,000,000 shall remain available until expended: Provided, That any amounts obligated from appropriations under this heading may be used under authorities available to the organizations reimbursed from this appropriation. OF INVESTIGATION

SALARIES AND EXPENSES

For necessary expenses of the Federal Bureau of Investigation for detection, investigation, and prosecution of crimes against the United States; including purchase for police-type use of not to exceed 3,868 passenger motor vehicles, of which 3,039 will be for replacement only; and not to exceed $70,000 to meet unforeseen emergencies of a confidential character pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 530C, $5,728,737,000; of which not to exceed $150,000,000 shall remain available until expended; of which $2,288,897,000 shall be for counterterrorism investigations, foreign counterintelligence, and other activities related to our national security; and of which not to exceed $25,000,000 is authorized to be made available for making advances for expenses arising out of contractual or reimbursable agreements with State and local law enforcement agencies while engaged in cooperative activities related to violent crime, terrorism, organized crime, gang-related crime, cybercrime, and drug investigations: Provided, That not to exceed $205,000 shall be available for official reception and representation expenses. CONSTRUCTION

For necessary expenses to construct or acquire buildings and sites by purchase, or as otherwise authorized by law (including equipment for such buildings); conversion and extension of Federally-owned buildings; and preliminary planning and design of projects; $37,608,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That $15,108,000 shall be available for the planning, design, and construction of the Federal Bureau of Investigation Center for Integrated Training and Technology Transfer in Redstone Arsenal: Provided further, That $5,000,000 shall be available for a chemical and biological evidence handling and storage facility to be co-located with comparable facilities in existence for sample, handling and receipt of hazardous material by the Department of the Army: Provided further, That $10,000,000 shall be available for equipment
