For an additional amount for ‘‘Construction’’ for response, cleanup, recovery, repair and reconstruction expenses related to hurricanes in the Gulf of Mexico in calendar year 2005, $19,000,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That the amount provided under this heading is designated as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 402 of H. Con. Res. 95 (109th Congress), the concurrent resolution on the budget for fiscal year 2006. UNITED STATES GEOLOGICAL SURVEY SURVEYS, INVESTIGATIONS, AND RESEARCH

For an additional amount for ‘‘Surveys, Investigations, and Research’’, for necessary expenses related to the consequences of hurricanes in the Gulf of Mexico in calendar year 2005 and for repayment of advances to other appropriation accounts from which funds were transferred for such purposes, $5,300,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That the amount provided under this heading is designated as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 402 of H. Con. Res. 95 (109th Congress), the concurrent resolution on the budget for fiscal year 2006. MINERALS MANAGEMENT SERVICE ROYALTY AND OFFSHORE MINERALS MANAGEMENT

For an additional amount for ‘‘Royalty and Offshore Minerals Management’’, for necessary expenses related to the consequences of hurricanes in the Gulf of Mexico in calendar year 2005 and for repayment of advances to other appropriation accounts from which funds were transferred for such purposes, $16,000,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That the amount provided under this heading is designated as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 402 of H. Con. Res. 95 (109th Congress), the concurrent resolution on the budget for fiscal year 2006. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY LEAKING UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK PROGRAM For an additional amount for ‘‘Leaking Underground Storage Tank Program’’, not to exceed $85,000 per project, $8,000,000, to remain available until expended, for necessary expenses related to the consequences of hurricanes in the Gulf of Mexico in calendar year 2005: Provided, That the amount provided under this heading is designated as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 402 of H. Con. Res. 95 (109th Congress), the concurrent resolution on the budget for fiscal year 2006.
