Public Law 109–187 109th Congress An Act To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 1202 1st Street in Humble, Texas, as the ‘‘Lillian McKay Post Office Building’’.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. DESIGNATION.
The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 1202 1st Street in Humble, Texas, shall be known and designated as the ‘‘Lillian McKay Post Office Building’’. SEC. 2. REFERENCES.
Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred to in section 1 shall be deemed to be a reference to the ‘‘Lillian McKay Post Office Building’’. Approved March 20, 2006.
