SEC. 372. HOUSING AND URBAN -RURAL RECOVERY ACT OF 1983. Section 469 of the Housing and Urban-Rural Recovery Act of 1983 (12 U.S.C. 1701p–1) is amended in the first sentence, by striking ‘‘Federal Home Loan Bank Board’’ and inserting ‘‘Fed- eral Housing Finance Agency’’. SEC. 373. NATIONAL HOUSING ACT. Section 202(f) of the National Housing Act (12 U.S.C. 1708(f)) is amended— (1) by striking paragraph (5) and inserting the following: ‘‘(5) if the mortgagee is a national bank, a subsidiary or affiliate of such bank, a Federal savings association or a sub- sidiary or affiliate of a savings association, the Comptroller of the Currency;’’; (2) in paragraph (6), by adding ‘‘and’’ at the end; (3) in paragraph (7)— (A) by inserting ‘‘or State savings association’’ after ‘‘State bank’’; and (B) by striking ‘‘; and’’ and inserting a period; and (4) by striking paragraph (8). SEC. 374. NEIGHBORHOOD REINVESTMENT CORPORATION ACT. Section 606(c)(3) of the Neighborhood Reinvestment Corpora- tion Act (42 U.S.C. 8105(c)(3)) is amended by striking ‘‘Federal Home Loan Bank Board’’ and inserting ‘‘Federal Housing Finance Agency’’. SEC. 375. PUBLIC LAW 93–100. Section 5(d) of Public Law 93–100 (12 U.S.C. 1470(a)) is amended— (1) in paragraph (1), by striking ‘‘Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation with respect to insured institu- tions, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System with respect to State member insured banks, and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation with respect to State non- member insured banks’’ and inserting ‘‘appropriate Federal banking agency, with respect to the institutions subject to the jurisdiction of each such agency,’’; and (2) in paragraph (2), by striking ‘‘supervisory’’ and inserting ‘‘banking’’.
