Dwight Miller, and I6;;": P 440 all persons who shall or may be associated with them, and their succcs-` ` sors, arc hereby created and declared a. body corporate and politic, in deed and in law, by the name of "Thc National Theological Institute,” and by that name shall have succession and be capable in law to sue and Im pcwom bc sued, plead and be implcaded, answer and be answered, defend and be defended, in all courts of law and equity and elsewhere; to make and use a. common seal, aud the same to alter or renew at pleasure; and generally gm, to do and perform all things relative to the object of this corporation which is now and shall be lawful for any individual or body politic or corporate to do. Sec. 2.
