Bureau of Jlkdicine and Surgery. -- For necessary repairs and im- medicine and provements of hospitals and appendages, including roads, wharves, walls, °‘"g°'Y· out-houses, sidewalks, fences, gardens, farms, painting, glazing, blacksmiths’, plumbers, and masons' work, and for furniture, thirty thousand dollars.
