And the inspector, weigher, and measurer hereby to be Fecsoggnspec. appointed, shall be entitled to receive from the vendors of fuel weighed wr, &¢· and measured by him, twenty cents for each ton of coal weighed, and nine cents for each cord of wood measured by him: Provided, Then_ Cmitieme of each load or parcel of wood or coal weighed and measured by him shall "flf£L°;;ig‘f‘ °° be accompanied by his certificate of the number of tons or pounds of coal load, and the number of cords or parts of cords of wood in each load or parcel. Sec. 2. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Meited States of America in Congress assembled, That the city of St. Joseph, in _St. Joseph, the State of Missouri, shall be, and is hereby, constituted a port of de- EIL8s;?;? livery, annexed to and made a part of the collection district of New Or- ary and annexed leans, and shall be subject to the same regulations and restrictions as other gglllizogfgighs ports of delivery in the United States, and all the privileges and fkacnlmes mm afforded by the act of Congress of the second March, eighteen hundred 1831,eh. sv. and thirty-one, entitled "An aot allowing the dunes on forengn puerchah- V°l· 1*- P- 480- dise imported into Pittsburg, Wheeling, Ciucinnatn, L0u1sv1lle, St. Louls, Nashville, and Natchez, to be secured and paid at those places," shallebe S _ extended to sand port.
