To pay W. A. Britton, late United States marshal for the western dis- W. A. Britten. trict of Arkansas, amount found due him by the accounting-officers of the Treasury Department, being a deficiency for the fiscal year eighteen hundred and seventy-three, eight thousand nine hundred and twelve dollars and seven cents; which is hereby rcappropriatcd from the unexpended balance of the appropriation for expenses of courts for the said fiscal year, and made available for said purpose.
