States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the In- Peusiom terior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the rolls of the Pension Office the name of Millia Staples of Morgan County, Tennessee, for and on account of services rendered in the United States by Benjamin T. Staples, who was killed while in line of duty as first lieutenant and adjutant of the Eleventh Regiment Tennessee Cavalry Volunteers, on March twenty-second, eighteen hundred and sixty-three.
