Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Rgpresentatives of the WBHWWF- United States og America in Congress assemble , That the Secretary °of the Interior e, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the ension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the generalpension laws, the name of George Hunter,_late captain Company A, Dayton Volunteers, of Washington Territory, who was severely wounded in the shoulder and neck in a battle withthe Indians in the war with the Nez Perces, and to pay him a pension from and after the passage of this act.
