Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary §0‘L_·¤¤ of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to lace on the pension—roll the name of Mary Taife, widow of Henry 'lpaife, late a private in Company F, of the Eightieth Regiment of New York Infantry Volunteers, in the war of the rebell1on, and pay her a nsion of twelve dollars per month, subject to the provisions and liinitations of the pension laws.
