Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the @$*3* 0g"°“· United States o{)America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary ` of the Interior e, and is herebly, instructed and required to place on the pension—roll the name of E izabeth Ogden, of Burlington, Iowa, foster mother of Alfred Ogden, late a private in Company B, First Regiment of Engineers, Missouri Volunteers, and pay er a pension according to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws.
