of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-rolls, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pgnsion laws, the name of Eliza J. rake, step-mother of Orville A. ake, late private in Company D, Twenty-second Regiment Michigan Volunteers; and Oscar Drake, late private in Griiiin’s battery, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars a month.
