Davis, late a sergeant of Compan H, Twelfth Regiment New Hampshire Volunteers, from thirty dollars to forty dollars per month, from and after the passage of this act. Approved, August 13, 1890. CHAP. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary r u o m p o o rr N. of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place S°{€2,§}f,',g,_ ` on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the ppnsion laws, the name of Thompson N. Statham, a soldier of the orida Indian War of eighteen hundred and thirty-seven and eighteen hundred and thirty-eight, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per mont from and after the passage of this act. - Approved, August 13, 1890. Scott. of the Interior be, and he is here y, authorized and directed to place I’°““'°“· on the pension-roll the name of George W. Scott, of Virginia, who served under Captain McKenzie, Company C of Second Regiment Artillery, Colone Bankhead, Florida war, and pay him the same nsion as is allowed by law for service in the war of eighteen hundred and twelve.
