Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the m$H°”“°”°¤· United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he here y is; empowered and directed to place the name of Joseph S. Henderson, late of Company H, Twenty- seventh Regiment Iowa Infantry, on the pension—r0ll, and that said pension be rated at sixteen dollars per month after the taking effect of this act.
