(Sec. 11.) When the treasurer pays or redeems any cmmumou upon indebtedness he shall indorse, by writing or stamping in ink, on the Em °*b °g££j face of the pa er evidencing such indebtedness so paid or redeemed, um-. (Sec. 13.)
