Tassin, late iirst lieutenant, Twelfth Regiment United States Infantry; said pension to be in lieu of pension numbered three hundred and ninety-two thousand six hundred and forty-two. States of America in Congress assembled, That the claim of John Griilin 6*3}%, M fan ed to and Sarah Griiiin, of the city of Greenville and State of Mississippi, for com of cum. damage done to their realty, situate in the county of J ederson and State of Kentucky, by United States troops, while the said troops occupied the said realty as a smallpox hospital from the year eighteen hundred and sixty-two to the year eighteen hundred and sixty-seven, both inclu— sive, be, and hereby is, referred to the Court of Claims, with full jurisdiction and authorityin the said court to hear and determine all questions of fact and law in the said claim, and said court is directed to take order in the premises, and as speedily as may be to report herein to the House of Representatives in all things as provided by law.
